“ Right in quaint Kennebunkport, Maine. We had lunch after shopping. Hubby had grilled chicken sandwich with cheese, bacon, tomato, and lettuce. He said it was very good. He also had a side of very tasty coleslaw. I had the nachos, which were also pretty tasty. We had water for drinks. Bill was around 45 with tip. ”

I got the lobster bisque and lobster roll- unfortunately as other reviews have justified, you are paying a high price for these lobster meals, although you are getting MINIMAL lobster! I was dinning with a Maine local, and they expressed they have given approx. 50% of the lobster they should have in the bun. The lobster bisque only had 1 chunk of lobster. Atmosphere was nice, very clean, quick service otherwise- no wait! Would recommend for the other dishes that they serve. ”

Definitely not a place to go if you're pinching pennies but if you're look for a nice restaurant to get great food no matter the price I highly recommend Alisson's. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming and the overall atmosphere makes you feel right at home. 12/10, the pumpkin ravioli was to die for omg! And that lobster bisque poutine ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Phenomenal!!! They have down east on draft which I'm all for!! ”

“ Nice place for a good meal. We sat at the bar and had some clam strips and a haddock reuben for lunch. All was good, buy the slaw was a bit bland. You can chose between fries and potato salad. Nice options. Many, many beers on tap! ”

“ Alison's was my family's first culinary encounter on our recent trip to Kennebunkport. Even though our server was cold and indifferent, the food was well prepared and quite tasty. We caught the lunch crowd and the atmosphere did become quite loud at one point, but overall we had a good experience here. ”

“ My friend from Portland drove me here in October of 1992 for lunch. I had the lobster salad which had a lemon dressing on it. I also had the soup of the day which was pumpkin which was topped with seeds. It was a wonderful lunch and the view outside was great. The church of stone down the street Saint Anne’s is so beautiful. I see that many other restaurants have arrived but this lobster salad I had was out of this world in size and flavor. They have a wonderful menu and are still in business celebrating 52 years. ”
